2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

be clean and free of foreign scents (e.g., perfume, smoke),

be packed in the original packaging (if provided).
We do not accept returns of items that are:

washed,

damaged by the customer,

incomplete (missing parts of a set).

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels.

In the case of receiving an incorrect or defective item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued:

within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item,

to the same payment method used for the original order.
Please note that your bank may require an additional 1–3 days to process the transaction.
7. Complaints – Defective Products
If the product you received:

arrived damaged,

8. Reasons for Refusing a Return
