1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return request, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

Returned products must:

  • be unused,

  • show no signs of wear, stains, or damage,

  • include all original tags,

  • be clean and free of foreign scents (e.g., perfume, smoke),

  • be packed in the original packaging (if provided).

We do not accept returns of items that are:

  • used,

  • washed,

  • damaged by the customer,

  • incomplete (missing parts of a set).

3. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels.

  • In the case of receiving an incorrect or defective item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued:

  • within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item,

  • to the same payment method used for the original order.

Please note that your bank may require an additional 1–3 days to process the transaction.

7. Complaints – Defective Products

If the product you received:

  • is defective,

  • arrived damaged,

  • does not match the description,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  • photos showing the defect or damage.

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days (legal requirement).

8. Reasons for Refusing a Return

A return may be rejected if:

  • the product shows signs of use,

  • it is damaged or stained,

  • it is missing original tags,

  • it was returned after the allowed timeframe.

In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
